Manager to oversee dining room service. Address customer requests and complaints. Must have the ability multitask and deal with multiple situations simultaneously. Able to lead and train staff in steps of service. Facilitate staffs ability to perform theirs tasks at a high level. Knowledge of liquor, wine and POS a must. Candidate should be well mannered and have a professional appearance. This is an upscale fine dining establishment that is very busy. Must be able to deal with a high volume of guests while making them feel that they are being treated individually.
