Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:-
Client interface and meetings

Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients

Consult and create strategies with clients about your plans for distributing their assets

Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed

Confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process

Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, and then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action

Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
-
Responsible for the competent provision of legal services, including preparing wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents

Managing cases through our case flow procedures
Qualifications:-
Law degree from a U.S. ABA-approved law school

Current, active license to practice law in Texas and no history of state bar investigations

5+ years of experience required, with at least three years of experience in our main practice areas of estate planning, probate, and estate administration

Must be good with basic technology. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and PracticePanther is preferred but not required. Our technology systems are cloud-based, and we prefer someone with experience using cloud-based file systems and software

Excellent writing skills. Experience writing legal articles is preferred but not required
