Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels
- Handle guest requests for additional supplies or amenities
- Assist with dry cleaning services as needed
- Operate cash register for guest purchases and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing accurate change
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
