Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, conducting orientations and facilitating introductions to company policies and culture.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
Support managers in handling employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement techniques and disciplinary actions as needed.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records in ADP System and ensure data integrity.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Coordinate open enrollment processes and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and trainings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and culture-building efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Assistant, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in ADP and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
