Optimum Human is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Specialist to join our team.
As a Business Development Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to identify potential opportunities
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and personalized follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
