Job Responsibilities:
Field Support and Assistance:Collaborate with Field Supervisors to perform various tasks, including taking measurements, opening and closing radiators, and upgrading firmware.
Assist in conducting site surveys and equipment upgrades as directed by the supervisor.
Customer Service:Utilize your customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction during on-site visits and interactions.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair:Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company field equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Technical Skills:Demonstrate proficiency in the proper use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and facilities maintenance equipment.
Possess the ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Teamwork and Collaboration:Thrive in a team-oriented environment by effectively communicating and coordinating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Flexible Work Environment:Willingness to work in various assigned locations based on project requirements.
Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to different work sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Proven ability to work in physically demanding roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
