Fast paced Painting and Contracting company looking for detail oriented and high energy office assistant/ Offering superior customer service, organized skills and time management skills. The position involves daily contact with homeowners, board members and property managers and requires good communication skills on the phone.
Responsibilities/Description:
General understanding/experience with painting and construction field
Direct all incoming communications (emails/phones) from clients to supervisors. Ensure customers receive daily communication when onsite and follow up on projects delivering excellent customer service.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and use of Copier, Fax and Scanner.
Create estimates, work orders and record keeping.
Schedule estimators’ appointments of estimates and meetings via email/phone. Daily communication with supervisors and estimators regarding work in progress and upcoming work orders.
Schedule projects with clients and follow up with the work/inspections
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
At least 2 years experience as office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Have good grammar and writing skills for emails and estimate/proposals
Good organizational and time management skills
Typing at least 40 wpm
