POSITION MISSION: To ensure the efficient execution of the Client Advisor roles and processes, manage department workflow and team conversion rates, maintain a high level of client satisfaction and department productivity, collaborate with the Team, and foster a positive and competitive team environment.
JOB SUMMARY: We seek a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive high conversion rates. This role requires a strong communicator who can inspire and motivate the team while also being adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
Key Duties:
· Lead and develop processes for a high-performing sales team
· Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team
· Implement effective sales strategies to achieve department goals
· Drive efforts to increase conversion rates and overall sales performance
· Follow up with Clients and navigate a variety of Client questions
· Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
· Create Hubspot deals, pipelines, and reports.
Required Qualifications:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· At least 3 years sales experience managing a Team(s) of 5 or more Employees in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
· Sales focus and ability to interact with clients as needed
· Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to follow through and utilize strong time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to travel to sales events, man the vendor table, and prepare materials for the event
· Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00/year, plus bonuses, dependent upon experience
