PATIENT COORDINATOR

This position requires candidates with strong organizational and customer service skills. The practice endeavors to provide outstanding medical care in a personalized and positive environment. We are looking for the right person to schedule patients, keep the schedule running on time, and prioritize tasks. The position requires a candidate that can multitask, problem solve, and be able to anticipate glitches in the schedule and patient flow. Candidate must have an outgoing personality and love dealing with patients. Candidate must be able to handle pressure, answer phones, check patients in/out, and respond to patient inquiries via phone or in person. We are looking for a team player that will work well with others, respects our office culture as well our patients. We take pride in the success of our practice and are looking for new additions to drive our patient experience to the highest level. Much of this job role is to handle front desk responsibilities, answer high call volume, verify insurance, and complete prior authorizations.
Priority will be given to those candidates that are seasoned in completing prior authorizations for Botox procedures, MRI orders, testing, and medications. Organizational skills are key to the success of this role. Candidates must be able to work quickly, be able to work multiple systems at the same time and manage time well. A good attitude and being able to maintain positive working relationships are essential. Neurology experience is a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
