We are looking for 2-3 business growth specialists who aren't afraid of making phone calls, networking, and building relationships to grow real estate related companies. Great candidates will be self starting, go getters, with experience in income generating activities.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our real estate ventures and client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and driving revenue growth, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.

- Real estate license is a plus but not required.
