Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference? We are currently seeking a Night Shift RN to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Position Summary: Under the direction of the CNO, Emergency Nursing Director: and charge nurses, this position encompasses the provision and management of patient care through implementation of the nursing process, delegation to and supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.

Minimum Qualifications:

License & Certifications

Current unencumbered Arizona Registered Nursing License

Current BLS certification
-
Successful completion of arrhythmia course within 6 months from date of hire

ACLS Certification within 6 months from date of hire
-
PALS Certification within 6 months from date of hire
-
TNCC within 1 year from date of hire
-
Experience:
-
Experience in acute/critical care experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge and Skills

Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written

Able to work and multitask in fast paced environment

Able to manage, prioritize, and delegate patient care appropriately and effectively
