Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client in Peachtree Corners, GA.
This position is ONSITE.
Our client, a wealth management and financial planning practice, is hiring a financial planning and operations associate.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Assist the practice with building financial plans. This includes interpreting data from client meetings to create analysis and recommendations. Also to update existing plans for annual review conversations. The depth of planning involvement will depend on the experience level of the candidate.
Insurance Operations:
- Creating illustrations and proposals
- Own the client onboarding experience with processing insurance applications
- Guides clients through the underwriting process and communicates with clients about next steps in the process.
- Schedule medical exams and Attending Physician’s Statements
Investment Operations
- Eventually learn the investment onboarding client experience
- New Account Set Ups, roll over calls, funding accounts and ensuring trades are placed
- Money Movement
Other Tasks:
Process client service requests and follows-up to ensure all client service is completed and tasks are completed.
Serve as a liaison between the clients, the practice and corresponding insurance and investment institutions
Help with other case preparation work for new client or review meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Preferred financial services and insurance experience
- Life and Health Insurance license (or must obtain in first 120 days)
- Eventually obtain investment licenses

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
