Job Description: Investment Client Services Associate
Position Overview:
As a Client Services Associate at our wealth management firm, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure that our client's needs are met efficiently, compassionately, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and updates.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide service on their accounts and assist with login information for viewing their accounts online.
- Prepare reports and review materials for regularly scheduled client reviews.
2. Account Administration:
- Assist with the opening, closing, and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Process account transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in a timely manner.
- Monitor account activity and alert advisors to any unusual or suspicious requests.
3. Operational Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including account transfers, rollovers, and distributions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and compliance, to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Client Education and Support:
- Assist clients with online account access, financial planning tools, and other technology platforms.
- Be the liaison between the financial advisor and the client for routine questions or concerns.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and projects to support firm-wide initiatives and goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
-3+ years experience in financial services administration required, preferably within wealth management or investment advisory.
- College degree required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Securities license(s) are not required but would be a huge advantage for any applicant.
- Experience with life insurance is also not required but is another way for a candidate to stand out.
- 4 days on site in office & 1 day virtual after training

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
