Human Resources leads the implementation of HSBC’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility, while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, recruitment, and engagement.
The Diversity Talent Attraction Partner will be responsible for the strategic planning for overall US Diversity Recruitment. This means creating the strategy to attract an increased slate of diverse talent to our job advertisements, introducing new and innovative diversity focused sourcing and working closely with the recruiters to embed the strategy into our standard recruitment process. To achieve this, the Diversity Talent Attraction Partner will need to have:
- Established relationships with key external D&I partners and the ability to leverage those partnerships to create influential relationships (i.e. ELC, ALPFA, Out & Equal, etc.)
- Ability to foster new partnerships, relationships with key external organizations to realize the intended ROI and deliver on real talent acquisition outcomes based on these relationships
- Ability to navigate complex processes
- Ability to influence and counsel on D&I matters
- Ability to act as subject matter expert to HSBC leaders, within HR and our business leaders
- Deep understanding of the external talent market through the D&I lens with a commitment to staying abreast of changes in the marketplace
Success in this role is defined as the creation of new and innovative ways to grow our D&I focused talent strategy and leveraging our key external diversity partnerships to find the best talent in a competitive market.
In this role, you will work very closely with all recruiters, as well as with the D&I team to deliver a joined up strategy. You’ll have a deep understanding and demonstrated experience of the recruitment process at all levels from campus to executive level, including sourcing, selection, delivery of offers, etc.
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100.00 and $192,200.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
