Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the lead for our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, permitting, execution, and delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Simply managing the project from permitting through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from conception to delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing clear communication to team members and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits throughout the construction process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free construction site.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including construction supervisors and support staff.
- Be accountable for the entire project management process.
Who you are
Qualifications:
- Significant Construction Management experience.
- Experience with pre-fabricated metal buildings.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of managing diverse construction projects for at least 10+ years.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. BuilderTrend experience a plus!
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and changes in project scope.
- Understanding of budgeting, project schedules, financial analysis, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project completion.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savy overall, especially with construction software and phone applications.
