Position Description
Provides clerical and administrative support to the CIO, senior managers, directors, managers, supervisors, and team members of Technology Services. Ensures smooth office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing and organizing documents and presentations. Additionally, may assist with project coordination, records management, web page management, procurement, and invoicing.
Essential Job Tasks:
Provides general administrative support to Technology Services, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, creating agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, approving time sheets and completing expense reports.
Maintains and organizes Technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and project files.
Ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Maintains staffing documents.
Assists with technology procurement processes, including ordering equipment, software, and supplies.
Processes contractor invoices.
Tracks and manages contractor blanket agreements.
Organizes and coordinates technology related events, all hands, training sessions, and meetings, including logistics, materials, and attendee communication.
Assists in tracking departmental expenses and budget allocations.
Prepares expense reports and support financial documentation.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma/or GED + 5 years experience.
Additional courses in business and personal computers is preferred.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Information:
$21.10 - $26.35 (min. - mid.)
