We are looking for a bright individual with a can-do attitude to join our e-Commerce team. The successful candidate will be ready and willing to learn, analyze, and apply what they learn to our digital marketing campaigns. This individual will assist in managing, analyzing, and reporting on all facets of digital marketing with a focus on PPC advertising.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for main website sales and performance
- Plan, create, launch promotions
- Manage advertising campaigns SEM (PPC), Social media Ads, etc.
- Collect and analyze SEM KPI’s to increase profitability and revenue
- Work closely with e-commerce and cross functional teams to create Ads that drive revenue
- Maintaining a content schedule and assist with planning and execution
- Utilize data to segment and optimize customer information for better targeting
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for senior leadership
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing PPC ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize success.
- Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross functional teams
- Strong project management skills and the proven ability to drive momentum
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
- Understanding of basic digital marketing principles
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
