Regional Sales Executive
Territory: Northeastern United States

- Devise effective geographic prospecting, sales and marketing strategies for business focus.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to analyze customer data to find the most efficient prospecting and sales methods.
- Meet with customers to perform discovery (needs assessment), address concerns (issues), and present viable solutions in a consultative sales approach
- Uncover new sales opportunities through business-level research, networking, and referrals.
- Effectively present engineered solutions to existing and prospective customers and strategic business partners both virtually and in person.
- Participate in industry events (trade shows, conferences) to cultivate relationships
- Ability to work in and lead a selling team with engineering support, project specialists, and product specialists when needed
- Participate in company-sponsored sales training and technical product training events.
- Assess sales performance according to preset and measured KPIs
- Monitor and report on competition within assigned region
- Manage CRM and meet all requirements for effective data management
- Be proficient in all assigned categories of the Alinabal business and where gaps exist, work on training plans to get competency to a more self-sufficient state
- Manage expenses to meet standards and submission time periods as set by Alinabal
- Present regional review to management as required, either yearly or semi-annually
- Flexible, coachable, open to new ideas and approaches to help drive profitable business
- Understand that the most important aspect of any sales role is to create and progress opportunities to a product end for the customer and a profitable end for the business.
Travel Requirement: 55% or as needed for the position within the regional area

- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think on your feet a must
- Knowledge of factory production and engineered solutions a plus
- Success in managing long sales cycles with long-term contract rollouts over multiple years
