Restaurant General Manager
Managers are all role models and help create a team of coworkers to give the best guest experience as possible. Along with day-to-day operations, managers will prospect future candidates for management personnel to fill open positions in current and future openings. With future stores coming, we will have many chances for employees and managers to continue growing with us within the organization.
General Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to hire, manage and train associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Create and coordinate employee schedule, while taking into account associate availability, overtime costs and expected sales volume.
- Fulfill and comply with HR requirements and general best practices.
- Maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and customer service within the store.
Skills
- 5+ years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office.
- Able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Able to lead and motivate associates to a high level of performance.
- Working knowledge of restaurant profit & loss statement.
- Flexibility to handle critical store issues that may arise during non-standard hours (evenings, weekends, etc.).
