Personal Assistant Needed
We are searching for an organized personal assistant to provide both administrative and organizational support and help us operate more efficiently. You will be responsible for:
- Developing Content & Managing Social Media Accounts
- Answering & Returning Phone Calls
- Scheduling Meetings/Appointments
- Meal Prepping
- Running Errands
- Arranging Travel
- Document Meeting Minutes
- Organizing, filing, and storing important documents
- Assist in Organizational Tasks (i.e.- closet organization, cabinet organization, office organization)
- Troubleshooting Technological Issues (i.e.- printers, laptops, smart devices)
- assist with other duties as needed.

Personal Assistant responsibilities include:
· Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
· Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
· Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and transportation
· Plan meetings, take notes and distribute meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
· Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
· Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
· Manage social media accounts & Perform other duties as assigned
· Occasional pet sitting
· Meal Prep
Location
Greensboro, NC is the main location but occasional travel to the office headquarters in Danville, VA will be required.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
