- Provide customers with excellent service at the meat counter
- Maintain, stock, and rotate product in display cases
- Preserve product freshness
- Make sure all meat items have signs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, back room, storage, and surrounding areas
- Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures outlined in the department; safety, health, weights, and measures
- Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- General knowledge of meat and seafood products
- Customer service expertise and good communication skills
- Work in walk-in cooler for extended periods
- Able lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Be able to bend, twist,
- Be able to stand for up to an 8 hour shift
- Work with little or no supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.78 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
