Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Must speak English and Spanish
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document sharing
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a dental receptionist or medical office setting is a plus
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
