```Duties```
- Manage the rental department and oversee all rental operations including but not limited to Linens and Hardware. - Pull rental orders and manage returned and processed inventory.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their rental needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of phone etiquette.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable rental options if needed.
- Conduct data entry to process rental agreements and update customer information.
- Analyze rental data and sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services and generate leads.
```Requirements```
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle outbound calling effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems.
- Ability to analyze data and sales reports to make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
