We are Fitness Superstore, Inc., a startup e-commerce fitness company specializing in the remanufacturing and sales of new and refurbished fitness equipment. We launched our own fitness brand French Fitness in 2020 and business is soaring, so we are looking for more administrative assistance.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious and hard-working to help us continue to grow. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can learn the products we have, and who can provide valuable service to our customers and provide them with information about our products, and about our company. Job duties can include but not limited to:
- Greeting everyone who walks into our office
- Assisting customers or anyone in Person and walking with them around the warehouse
- Printing and attaching Shipping BOL's + assisting with Shipping companies
- Assisting with Fedex/UPS/USPS and printing/attaching labels
- Taking pictures/videos of equipment in our warehouse, or obtaining basic information on it
- Calling Customers / Shipping companies to provide basic information
- Communicating with both warehouse and office staff
- Researching for information off the internet and on Google Docs
- General office assistance and other miscellaneous duties as required
- The ideal candidate
- Has excellent customer service skills at desk, receptionist, position representative
- Has very good organizational skills-secretarial, service coordinator
- Has very good internet skills-admin
- Takes initiative-secretary
- Is well-written and well-spoken
- Also, being a bilingual speaker is a plus.
- using personal vehicle to drive between 537 and 457 to meet customers and get information
- measuring products for requested info
- taking requested videos and pics of products
- video calls with customers
- Job duties may be adjusted or changed at any time based on the needs and discretion of your manager. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as priorities may shift and new responsibilities may arise.
- We operate out of two locations, and you may be required to work at either location or travel between both locations within the same day, depending on the needs of the business.

The job is 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
