Tempest Roofing is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Outside Sales Representative to become part of our team and expand our sales division. This sales role offers significant potential for advancement, with prospects for immediate earnings and sustained career development. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business while servicing existing clients.
- Effectively demonstrate product line, benefits, and necessities and meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Cultivate and build a stream of prospective new commercial business by actively seeking out and self-generating leads.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track KPI's, manage customer information and generate reports.
- Conduct sales presentations and product knowledge demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop B2B sales strategies and achieve projected sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and comfortability in business-to-business commercial sales experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in cold calling and door to door sales with successful track record
- Ability to nurture and grow existing client base.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
BENEFITS:
- 100% Commission based role – Variable percent net commission.
- $5,000 bonus awarded after first contract sold over $300K

- Annual Earnings varying from $80,000-450,000
