Responsibilities:
- Directs, establishes, and plans overall policies and goals for the Social Services Department.
- Responsible for assessments, care planning, and assisting residents in adjusting.
- Familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
- Expected to exercise a wide degree of creativity and independence.
- Ensures residents' psychosocial needs are met throughout their stay.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to set and achieve goals.
- Facilitates discharge planning for safe transitions to the community.
- Provides crisis intervention as needed.
- Occasionally engages in community outreach.
Requirements:
- Management experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
- Knowledgeable about applicable State and Federal guidelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualification: Master's in Social Work (MSW).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
