We are looking for a talented, driven General Manager to join our team at Fish nor Fowl!
Fish nor Fowl focuses on a rustic, elevated take of Italian and Mediterranean flavors, as well as a wide wine and cocktail selection.
The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong FOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume restaurant
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for bar and other FOH purchases
- Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
- Passion for excellence and superior service standards
- A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude
- Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
