The Client Success Manager at Island IT Pros will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. This individual will be responsible for managing and triaging client communications, answering phones, and following up in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities may include handling billing and accounts receivable (AR), and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communications:
- Manage and triage incoming client communications (emails, calls, messages).
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
- Phone Management:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a log of all incoming calls and follow-up actions.
- Billing and Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of billing and AR transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in an IT company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with billing and AR processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
