We have an immediate opening for an Implementation Manager in our Healthcare Division.
This position works directly with the Healthcare Regional Director and Director of Healthcare Operations to oversee the successful implementation of our logistics solutions for healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation project management and can effectively manage successful implementation processes from inception through completion to ensure seamless integration of our services into our clients' operations.
This is an in-office position based in our Houston, TX corporate office. Travel is required. No remote or hybrid work consideration.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The below listed duties are not all inclusive. This position must also perform other duties as assigned.):
- Lead and manage the implementation of logistics solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, and customer support to gather requirements and develop implementation strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to understand client requirements and operational workflows.
- Develop and execute project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including training sessions, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding implementation progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance implementation processes and methodologies.
- Other duties as assigned to include project management as directed by the Regional Director and/or the Director of Healthcare Operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office software with exceptional Excel skills.
- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare logistics or related fields.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Solid understanding of healthcare logistics, supply chain management, and industry regulations.
- PMP certification or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of CXT or other delivery software a plus
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn multiple operating systems
- Process and detail oriented.
- Ability to travel at least 75% for large implementation projects.
