Are you excited about the opportunity to live & work on a fun & exciting western guest ranch in the beautiful mountains of Colorado? If so - we are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep to join our dynamic team. As a member of the kitchen team at Rawah Guest Ranch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dishwashing area, efficiently cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and supporting our kitchen staff as needed.
Pay: $14.50-$15.00/hour DOE (plus shared gratuities). This is a seasonal position, part-time to full-time hours. Must be available all days and all shifts between June 1st through Oct. 15th.
FLSA: This position is classified as non-exempt from overtime pay under the FLSA and Colorado Overtime & Minimum Pay Stands Order (COMPS) #38.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using dishwashers.
- Ensure that all dishes and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by the Chef and/or kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, including ability to read, speak, and write English
- A positive attitude and proven experience as a team player.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
