Job Summary:
Vitality Guard Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing insurance needs to ensure clients are adequately covered.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies
- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Administer benefits and claims as needed
- Manage sales administration tasks efficiently
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients in person
- proficiency is a plus for engaging with a diverse clientele
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service within the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in insurance sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- Proficiency in telemarketing techniques
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately
- Experience in sales administration tasks
- Capability for conducting successful outside sales visits
