This coordinator will be knowledgeable about marketplaces and passionate about dropship, e-commerce and digital advertising. In addition to growing the function at Cannify, this role is accountable for onboarding new marketplace & dropship projects/programs, which requires excellent technical skills and cross-functional coordination/facilitation.
They will cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders & key external partners to ensure integrations are completed to deadlines efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience selling on marketplaces and/or dropship programs, utilizing product feed integration platforms, or have extensive experience running retail storefronts across a range of marketplaces, ideally in fashion, clothing or sportswear sectors but not required. Must be comfortable working with large retail product catalogues, have high commercial awareness and some knowledge of drop shipping selling models, experience across multiple international marketplaces is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work collaboratively to deliver overall International Marketplace & Dropship strategy.
- Project manage new dropship Marketplace integrations from end-to-end
- Successfully coordinate, direct & aid multiple senior-level stakeholders across the business toward project goals.
- Hands on product listing creation, management, and optimization
- Provide detailed insight into daily, weekly and monthly reports and identify/ interpret valuable metrics for advertising and operational decisions.
- Successfully lead/maintain third party, partner & agency relationships.
- Lead & develop a team by providing Marketplace channel expertise and advice.
- Assist feeds marketing team in maintaining and developing the Marketplace portfolio, understand the different facets of the business and execute on an as-needed basis.
- Work directly with product team to ensure key features are released and rolled out according to plan.
- Create, map & improve technical processes across the Marketplace function.
- Conduct competitor monitoring & benchmarking.
- Drive the business forward through innovation, new trends and initiatives in the market.
- Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management.

Experience & Education Requirements
- Commercial experience selling on Marketplaces and/or Dropship (preferably apparel) with a good working knowledge of both types of business.
- Advanced knowledge of Marketplaces and paid advertising channels
- Experience working with large product catalogs (preferably fashion/clothing/sportswear).
- Commitment to learning new and changing industry developments and best practices.
- Knowledge and passion for all things sports is a bonus.
- Comfortable leading teams/working remotely.
- Ability to change focus and multitask; Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.56 - $20.12 per hour
