Here's what you can expect from the role:
- Make outbound calls to establish relationships and grow your book of business.
- Close new and existing customers and ensure their freight is transported seamlessly.
- Negotiate the best rates with shippers and carriers.
- Oversee daily shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely pick up and delivery 24/7/365.
- Be transparent and proactive in your communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
