Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic evaluations, individual and group counseling, and case management services to clients, with a focus on pediatrics and behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Offer case management support to clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Utilize ICD-10 codes for accurate documentation
