About the role
This role is responsible for aspects of front office duties pertaining to customer relations, scheduling/routing, billing & invoicing, and reception work.
This role is responsible for front offices duties including: customer service/relations, scheduling appointments, collections of unpaid invoices, answering phones, making outgoing calls, note entry in database following company guidelines, checking emails, and other receptionist duties. This job is mainly done over the phone with very little in person contact with customers.
Time
- Part Time, 8am to 3pm (Hours are flexible)
- Full Time, 9am to 5pm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create daily routes for service technicians while minimizing drive time and maximizing service revenue per day.
- Handle at least 100 calls a day
- Handle phone calls from customers for collections, scheduling, sales, and complaints
- Describe services to customers that lead to sales and send out agreements
- Data entry in customer database with respect to data entry guidelines
- Maintain professional relationships with residential & commercial clients
- Collect on unpaid accounts
- Check incoming emails and follow-up with the action needed
- Use our software to pull customer reports that are used for time saving decision making
- Meet quotas for customers called, billing notes, lead notes, customers checked out, appointments created, lead notes, communication notes, and other notes
- Well-spoken individual who will be responsible for answering phones, taking detailed messages that include high level clients in regards to scheduling services or assisting their needs
Requirements
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistently positive and upbeat demeanor during customer interactions over the phone, ensuring a friendly and approachable tone.
- Understand scheduling logistics with respect to travel time, cost of services, and duration to complete service
- Must have managerial experience
- Ability to not get burnt out making at least a 100 calls a day
- Ability to follow company guidelines for data entry
- Strong ability to multi task
- Have an understanding have to use reports and filter information in a data table
- Must have good idea of Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade area
- Be resourceful
