Portland healthcare organization is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join their team for ensuring inventory and supplies are well maintained across all locations, managing shipping and receiving, and other tasks as assigned. This great team is looking for someone with great organizational skills, an understanding of inventory systems, good communication skills, is comfortable on the computer, and has reliable transportation. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory counts
- Process supply requests accurately and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and well organized stockroom
- Receive shipments
- Process vendor returns
- Completes corresponding paperwork
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30a-3p or 8a-3:30p (downtown Portland)
- Monday-Thursday, 5am-4pm
- Thursday-Sunday, 7am-5:30pm
Parking provided
$20-23/hour
