Partner Relationship Executive Position Summary:
Chetu is looking for a full-time, Partner Relationship Executive focused on generating and expanding partnership opportunities. This individual will be responsible for partner engagement, pursuing additional opportunities with existing partners, and creating strategic alliances to create new partners. Partners and their communities are key referral pathways for Chetu’s business initiatives and this role will ultimately be accountable for growth via our partnership channels. This position requires a motivated, self-starter with sales knowledge, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Open doors with targeted companies that align with Chetu’s partnerships objectives.
- Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and leverage those relationships to greater collective impact.
- Build deep relationships with key members through face-to-face, email, phone calls, and web meetings.
- Work with partners to identify clear and measurable business objectives specific to our goals.
- Facilitate contract discussion with partners and liaise with legal to create and finalize partner contracts.
- Liaise with key departments to ensure our core program objectives are being accomplished.
- Internally communicate partnership plans and align relevant teams behind the initiatives.
- Willing and able to travel and attend partner conferences, summits, and trade shows.
Skills:
- Strong background in building trusted relationships with external entities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating agendas, managing logistics, and administration.
- Excellent project management, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to forge strong relationships, be diplomatic, and escalate potential challenges appropriately to find solutions quickly and seamlessly.
- Motivated to go above and beyond the daily job responsibilities - you’re always willing to take the initiative to do more.
- Flourish in environments where autonomy is valued and have the ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- IT and technology knowledge a plus
- Healthcare background a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Two (2) years of experience at a minimum in Sales, Relationship Management, or Partnerships Required
- Willing and able to travel (35-50%) attending Partner Conferences, Summits, and Partner Trade Shows.
