The Project and Network Analyst will provide expertise across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP domains, supporting the Government in managing cyber capability development, engineering, and integrations for Air Force and Joint systems. Responsibilities include guiding, tracking, and documenting project activities, collaborating on operational support, engineering initiatives, and integration of new tools and processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide, track, and document project activities in collaboration with internal and external organizations.
- Conduct analysis of operational, conceptual, functional, and strategic support plans, recommending viable solutions and courses of action.
- Assist in creating databases to record and sustain the technology baseline for equipment, hardware, software, and firmware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with enterprise standardization strategy.
- Lead project teams in identifying and coordinating issue resolution, including project scheduling, fielding, training, and transition.
- Support the development of new policies, procedures, guides, and governance documents.
- Ensure compliance with Federal mandates and guidance.
- Provide technical reports and analysis as needed.
- Support the Government in integrating new software and hardware tools, processes, and capabilities.
- Conduct analysis and recommend security posture, cost considerations, and training requirements.
- Collaborate with test teams to ensure secure and operationally acceptable technical solutions.
- Provide technical reports on test results, standards analysis, and integration issues.
- Support the management of technical plans, requirements, and project documentation.
- Review enterprise network plans and documents for functional, technical, and security considerations.
- Support in preparing for and interpreting results of DISA CCRI inspections.
- Collaborate with various organizations to ensure compliance with CCRI inspection criteria.
- 5 or more years’ experience in USAF Defensive Cyberspace Operations
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher. Minimum includes one active certification(s): ("CCNA" or "CySA+" or "GICSP" or "GSEC" or "Security+ CE" or "CND" or "SSCP")
- On site support in San Antonio, TX
- USAF Cyberspace Weapon System Operator Qualification
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
