Description -
- Provide administrative support to planners and executive administrative staff.
- Perform high level data entry form prep and completion for insurance and investment new business products and client servicing.
- Word processing to include creating, formatting, updating, and maintaining letters, client reports and investment proposals, as well as various other documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, in person, with clients, prospects, wholesalers, and other vendors.
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet all clients and visitors who enter our practice with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
- Manage projects within the scope of the position.
- Expectations include demonstrating the following: high level of client focus, accuracy, effective listening, an aptitude for learning, attention to detail, productivity and efficiency, reliability, and conscientiousness.
Knowledge -
Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, composition, formatting, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative and computer skills required, including: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to accomplish tasks under pressure and determine priorities. Maintain confidentiality and security of information. Work autonomously and independently, and as a member of a team. Manage projects. Take initiative to improve processes and implement solutions. Advanced data entry and interpersonal skills required.

Work Experience -
Minimum of 1+ years clerical and data entry experience preferred. Previous experience in medical reception, financial and/or insurance industry preferred.
Hours –
Fulltime work: 35-38 hours, Monday - Friday
