Front of House Manager
Job Summary:

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including customer service, reservations, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure smooth operations during service hours by managing host/host staff, servers, and bartenders.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety regulations in the dining area.
- Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and seamless service flow.
- Oversee inventory management for front-of-house supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in bartending techniques is a plus.
