Job Summary
Our On-Site Services Group has an immediate opening for an Apprentice Maintenance Mechanic to support the 24/7/365 production of medicines for one of of our longest tenured clients.
*Night Shift...5:45pm-5:45am, 2-2-3 schedule - 48 hours week one, 36 hours week two*
Our On-Site Group leverages embedded, subject matter experts who work in tandem with client team members while working onsite and serving in the best interests of our client. This model provides our clients with an on-site industry-expert who will create synergies with your key stakeholders while partnering with internal resources to move the project forward.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor Site alarm systems and escalate to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in troubleshooting and acknowledging alarms across the site.
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and utility equipment in support of a Multi-Product Large Scale Biologics Facility, operating 24/7.
- Maintaining facility equipment, such as HVAC air handlers, refrigeration, cold rooms, chillers, cooling tower, pumps and drives, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, and emergency generators.
- Maintaining electrical equipment associated with process equipment including bioreactors, centrifuges, purification processing skids, purification columns, glass-washers, and autoclaves.
- Completing any required (GxP) documentation in a timely manner, including logbooks and work orders.
Your Background Should Include:
- HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field.
- 0 to 3 Years’ Experience working as a technician and performing work in one or more of the following trades: HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
