Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical tasks, front desk operations, and proficiency in computer applications, with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist in daily tasks of the office manager.
- Manage front desk activities including answering phones.
- Computerize data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Be trained in our specialized inventory software, assist with inventory needs.
- Support order entry processes and maintain office supplies inventory
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with file organization and management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
