Hotel General Manager candidates must have Hilton or Marriott brand experience to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high with ample training of staff and monitoring of brand changes.
Will be handling monthly recruiting, training, assisting to resolve guest challenges, and enforcing safety standards for both the guests and staff. Understand all supply orders, keep inventory, and keep both in check. Will be required to work 1-3 shifts at front desk each week and/or fill in when needed.
Will need to understand food, labor, and supply costs and keep in control. Know when to mitigate when revenues are impacted. Participate in weekly revenue management meetings, provide weekly reports to the corporate office, and assist in any department requiring additional help including maintenance.
Must display strong leadership attributes at all times while also having empathy and creating an inclusive culture to sustain required staffing levels.
