WHAT WE MANUFACTURE:
JRUSA manufactures fiber out of cellulose, or wood pulp. Our broad customer base uses this cellulose as a filler, or filter to ensure purity and consistency in their products. We also manufacture fibers for the Pharmaceutical, Pet, and food industries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Our production positions include tasks such as cleaning the work area and assisting in production so that output goals are met while contributing to a clean and safe work environment.
JRUSA is looking for dedicated and reliable employees who will get the job done safely and efficiently and contribute to the organization's overall success.
- Maintain all Processing specifications.
- Maintenance support of all production equipment.
- Operation of testing equipment for maintaining product specification.
- Basic Data Entry on computer work station.
- Run Control Room Lab testing equipment.
Minimum Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- Strong sense of Safety.
- Able to work effectively and safely in tight and/or confined spaces in all areas of the plant.
- Intermediate user knowledge or MS office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
- Ability to change filter socks and cages.
- Ability to fill Bulk Trucks.
- Ability to become forklift certified.
- Ability to become boom certified.
- Ability to operate Hammer mill.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Understand paperwork and properly be able to complete.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Read and understand Schedule for Pre-grind, Processing, Packaging and Blending.
- Ability to work in a Team atmosphere.
- Good Communication skills must be able to communicate with all personnel (Contractors, Customers, Temporaries and Management).
