Position: Agile Coach

We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Coach to join our team and provide expert guidance and mentorship in agile practices and methodologies. This role is pivotal in driving agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the public sector and, preferably, experience with retirement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams.
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals in agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Work closely with leadership to define and communicate agile transformation strategies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments to agility.
- Provide training and workshops on agile methodologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile practices and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and lead change across an organization.
- Experience with agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with retirement systems or similar domains.
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, or equivalent).
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
