Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Transcribe and maintain accurate records of patient information
- Assist with dental office management tasks as needed
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
- Help schedule and remind resident of their appointments
-Faxing information to Drs. and CCA's
- Assisting administrators with whatever they need
-ultimately being able to juggle doing 4 things at once.
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain detailed records
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic knowledge of phone systems

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
