Airosmith Development is currently seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to join their Information Services team. This position will provide direct technical support to end users working directly with employees to troubleshoot and resolve computer, networking, hardware and software issues. Using available documentation and acquired knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues; follows established workflows to escalate more complex issues as needed for higher-tier resolutions.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of internal systems. Participate in the implementation of enhancements to internal systems. Understand application, server, and network security. Ensure accuracy and availability of data. Modify current systems and programs, based on assessed needs, using spreadsheets and/or application generators. Perform related duties which include designing source and output documents, developing schedules for the input of data and testing enhancements/version updates.
- Assist in software installation and printer/copier troubleshooting. Move, install, set up, take down IT equipment as necessary. Maintain an accurate inventory of all department owned software and hardware assets.
- Triage customer support requests for all employees. Create, prioritize and resolve service requests and delegate complex requests to third party vendor.
- Provide general technical guidance, assistance and maintenance support to end users.
- Lead technology onboarding and offboarding of employees through asset and account management, set-up, training, and policy review. Procure the organization’s IT assets. Configure new PCs for vendor imaging.
- Keep the Company’s Electronic Workplace policy and procedures up to date and suggest policy improvements. Support enforcement of these policies and procedures.
- Participate in process improvement projects. Think creatively and critically about data sources and collection processes.
- Maintain a high standard for personable customer service, professionalism, timely task completion, and high volume of productivity.
Requirements:
- Microsoft/Azure/PowerShell experience strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years technology services exp. within the wireless telecommunications industry preferred.
- Computer proficiency including general understanding of principles of operation of Microsoft servers and operating systems, Office Suite, and e-mail management.

- Knowledge of networks, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer and/or software issues.
- Ability to provide basic support activities for users.
- Ability to clearly, concisely, and professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, under minimal supervision and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- A motivated self-starter with solid organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Pro-actively identify and remove roadblocks to success. Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize appropriately, and adapt to shifting priorities. Balance high quality standards with schedule pressures and demanding environment. Accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred.
