**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes and to support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance. We use HubSpot as our CRM and so experience in building out the tools to maximize sales management is critical.
**Duties:**
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage account relationships and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to support sales and business development initiatives
- Work with the sales team to achieve targets
- Oversee market research activities to stay informed about industry trends
**Skills:**
- Experience with using HubSpot to manage incoming leads, segmenting leads, tracking sales progress
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics
- Experience in account management, outside sales, or technical sales
- Proven ability to engage with a sales team and effectively communicate and collaborate
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
