If these traits describe you, our position as a Business Development Specialist at Wadman Corporation is right up your alley. As an important part of the BD Team, it will be critical to keep timely marketing materials and tools organized to contribute to our overall sales objective. These items involve proposal support; marketing material management; database management; lead tracking; CRM entries and management; business development coordination and administrative assistance.
Main Duties:
- Digital marketing management (social media posts, website updates, drone\video capture and editing)
- Utilize Adobe InDesign to keep marketing materials readily available (including firm qualifications, resumes, project sheets and proposal templates)
- Support the BD team to get proposals out the door against tight deadlines (including fast, accurate, efficient assembly of appropriate materials and information)
- Run company-wide apparel fulfillment and online store inventory management
- Maintain the integrity of our BD database (includes new data entries, reports, publisher templates) Ability to learn and grow with emerging BD technology tools
- Provide administrative assistance to the BD Team (expense reports, budget reconciliation, scanning, online file organization)
- Create graphics, charts, and/or diagrams when needed
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Project leads, bids and proposal solicitation searches and tracking
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Must have good writing, editing and grammar skills - technical writing is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through
- Positive attitude to contribute to overall team objectives
- Excellent attention to detail
Hours:
7:30am - 5:00pm (Mon. - Thurs.) 7:30am - 2:30am (Fri.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
