Westbank Law firm, with eight attorneys, currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This position requires strong accounting experience to carry out administrative tasks, and provide support to the legal team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day processing of the monthly Billing and Accounts Receivable operations. This position will also be processing Trust Accounts and Accounts Payable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred
- Law Firm experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience in TABS or similar legal software a plus
